Edmunds Elite Performance is owned and operated by Dan Edmunds C.S.C.S. Dan is a Strength and Conditioning Coach in Burlington, Ontario and has been training in the GTA since 2008. He has a degree from McMaster University and the professional designation of C.S.C.S (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in the United States. He went to Pearson High School in Burlington and volunteered time coaching the senior football team for 2 years, helping them to 2 consecutive Halton finals.
Dan is the goalie coach for the 2026 U14 and U15 Burlington Eagles AAA hockey team.
Dan played hockey for Burlington in his youth and had to make the decision as a teenager to choose basketball or hockey as his main sport. Deciding on basketball, he won 1 Halton title, and was named to 3 Halton All-Star teams. Dan also played competitive tennis in the Ontario Tennis Association and later was a high school football wide receiver. However, playing these sports he suffered numerous knee injuries, which ended his athletic career very early. This prompted the desire to help people condition their bodies for life’s tasks and live healthy, pain-free lives.
