
Our Process
Periodized training for any sport at any point of your season.
We build a foundation through a needs analysis for the athlete and their sport as well as current training status (beginner to advanced). Based on that analysis we build from the ground up in a pyramidal system.
Phase 1 – balance, stability, flexibility, joint stability and movement (lower speed, low weight, moderate reps)
Phase 2 – muscular endurance (high rep low weight)
Phase 3 – muscle hypertrophy (moderate weight and reps)
Phase 4 – muscular strength (higher weight, lower reps) – depending on age
Phase 5 – power (high speed, low reps moderate weight)
Depending on athletes current training status, what season they are in or when your season starts, phases must be adapted on an individual basis.
Home workouts will be provided as athletes will be expected to do workouts on their own.
